According to Exhibitor Evaluations, the greatest strength of the fair is the opportunity to provide information to candidates with a diverse background of education and experience. Last year, graduates and students from Black Hills State University, National American University, South Dakota School of Mines & Technology and Western Dakota Tech attended the job fair, as well as separating/retiring military personnel from Ellsworth Air Force Base and other interested candidates from South Dakota, Wyoming and Nebraska. There is no charge to candidates to attend.

The job fair is provided through a framework of volunteers representing the South Dakota Association of College Career Centers, state agencies and area businesses who are committed to providing employment and educational opportunities to interested individuals in the region.
